Life at 5 months!

Well, here we are another month older! Time is going too quickly. Zoey turned 5 months on Monday. Here are some things she is doing: rolling over (finally!) We were so excited for her to finally roll over but she has now decided she only wants to do it on our bed. I guess she likes the cushioning much better than the floor. I can't blame her really! She wants to put everything in her mouth, is eating cereal well, and loves her exersaucer. She now weighs 14 lbs. I guess she is still pretty little!

Mother's Day 2008

I sure was happy to be celebrating Mother's Day this year with my precious baby girl! This time last year I was about 7 weeks pregnant. Zoey and Joe woke me up with a special song and gifts. Zoey had her "you are the best thing ever mom" smile on. I enjoyed celebrating with some other great moms...my mom and Hannah. We had a yummy lunch and spent some time outside. Joe showered me with lots of TLC and made my first mother's day a very special and unforgettable one!

Spring is the best

The weather has been so awesome here. It's been about 80 degrees but with no humidity which makes for good times outside. Zoey is big enough now for her maclaren stroller so we have been taking a lot of walks. She loves a good stroll! Doesn't she look like she has grown a lot since last week? She looks so big in these pics to me!

I've been wanting to post all week but Joe and I got a stomach bug. Luckily it only lasted 24 hrs. but it was awful! We took these pics the night before the bug hit. Good thing we don't have any pics of what we looked like the next day! Enjoy all the new posts. : )

Taking a double stroll

A great family friend gave us a double stroller she no longer needed so Hannah and I decided to strap Mavis and Zoey in for a ride together. It's always fun to get these two cousins together!

Laughing Life

Zoey will laugh for us occasionally now. Usually she has to be tickled but I caught some good laughs in her bumbo the other day. Enjoy the chubby smile as much as we do!
